Every custom Quartz and Natural Stone installation by TD Stone comes backed by our exclusive 2-Year Maintenance-Free Program.
Complimentary Maintenance Program for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Our goal is to ensure the surfaces remain in pristine condition through professional care.
Our Semi-Annual Maintenance Visit Includes:
· Professional Cleaning: Deep cleaning of the surface area.
· Caulking Application: Inspection and refresh of silicone/caulking where necessary.
· Surface Refinement: Removal of light surface scratches and minor stains.
· Minor Chip Repair: Filing and buffing of small chips.
· Sealer Application: Re-sealing of natural stone surfaces to maintain protection (if applicable).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Validation Process: To activate this offer, the customer must complete and sign the certificate delivered along with the countertops at the time of installation and provide a copy (or a clear photo/scan) to the installer. Once the Company receives and verifies the document, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer to officially validate the maintenance program.
2. Scheduling: It is the customer’s responsibility to contact TD Stone Works to request and schedule each semi-annual visit.
3. Availability: Maintenance appointments will be scheduled according to the Company’s current availability and logistics.
4. Exclusions: This program covers preventative maintenance only. It does not include the repair of structural cracks, or issues related to material quality such as discoloration, fading, or natural weathering.
5. Transferability: This certificate is non-transferable and valid only for the original installation address.
